Cheung Kong Center is a Grade-A intelligent office tower rising to 62 storeys from ground with 5-level deep basement constructed by top-down method. The building was completed under a fast-track approach. Its design and construction overlapped to the highest possible degree in order to make it possible for tenants to occupy the building while construction was still in progress.
The building offers some of the largest column-free floors and the superstructure is a reinforced concrete outrigger frame for the main floor areas.
