



The 490m high, 118-storey International Commerce Centre (ICC) developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd is the tallest building in Hong Kong. The building houses exclusive grade-A offices, the Sky 100 Hong Kong Observation Deck, Sky Dining 101 and The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong. It boasts a stunning 360° panoramic view of the world-famous Victoria Harbour.
The entire team involved from planning to completion is proud to be part of the exceptional effort to realise this remarkable building with many state-of-the-art systems and facilities. New methodologies in design and construction were explored, evaluated, planned and then implemented. There are special curtain walls, foundations, structure, lifts, chillers, fire services and building management in this landmark.
ICC also took the lead in implementing over a hundred cutting-edge environmental measures and collaborated with university academics to develop a new air-conditioning optimiser system to save vast amount of energy.
