The expansion project of the Hong Kong Science Park calls for two 13-storey towers which will provide more capacity for the sustainable growth of the innovation and technology ecosystem in Hong Kong. The two towers, standing on a four-storey podium with a total floor area of about 108,000 sq. m., are Grade-A office space in which some floors will be equipped for laboratories.
ATAL Engineering Group is engaged to provide the installation of major building services systems including MVAC, electrical, fire services, plumbing and drainage and Building Management System (BMS). In order to meet the tight construction programme and high quality requirements, we have deployed a strong and integrated project team and adopted Building Information Modelling (BIM) from the project outset to facilitate the planning, management, testing and commissioning (T&C) and handover of the project and enhance the collaboration with all parties in the project.
