Construction of a drainage channel of about 3.8 kilometres long along the south side of the Yuen Long Highway from the upstream of Yuen Long main Nullah to Kam Tin Floodway, an inflatable dam, a pumping station, associated road and landscaping works, and an artificial wetland near downstream of the channel.
