Regular Monthly Meetings (Normally held in the evening of the first Thursday of each month for a duration of 2 hours)
Dates of meeting for 2024-2025 session: normally from 7:00pm for timely started at 7:15pm at HKIE HQs.

Joining HKIE Toastmasters Club
You need to be a HKIE member to join HKIE Toastmasters Club. Please fill in the HKIE TMC membership application form. Please note that the fee paid to HKIE TMC will be indirectly paid to the Toastmasters International. Accordingly, there is an entry fee of HK$160 and a monthly fee of HK$80. Please note that the fee payment is calculated to each year’s 31 March. For example, if you join in September, the fee will be entry fee plus 7 months’ monthly fee = HK$160+7xHK$80=HK$720.
