Introduction

For one reason or another, nowadays construction professionals are to stay more alerted to the ambit of criminal offences that may be related to their daily work.

Objectives

This seminar or webinar aims at introducing those criminal offences that may be inadvertently trespassed by construction professionals.
Through review of recent cases, this seminar or webinar aims at providing essential understanding of the elements of criminal offences that may be related to construction professional in Hong Kong. It aims at enabling participants to prepare properly to avoid such legal traps and to safeguard their personal and enterprise interests.
