Introduction

This is an introductory course for the personnel who is working in all disciplines for construction contracts and is interested in issues related to construction disputes.

Objectives

To give an analytic overview of construction disputes and provide a basic understanding of the parties involved, procedures and techniques of the resolution paths such as mediation and arbitration.
