
Disputes and claims are common in the Hong Kong construction industry and it requires professional knowledge to deal with. In this workshop, key elements of legal aspects of construction contract claims will be highlighted and explained. Case studies will also be used to demonstrate those areas that professionals in this area have to be alert to. Through an interactive approach, this workshop will involve demonstration, discussion and case studies that enabling participants to grasp necessary knowledge and skills to deal with the situations in their daily work.
