Construction Dispute Resolution Committee

The Construction Dispute Resolution (CDR) Committee is responsible to the Learned Society Board for all matters relating to adjudication, arbitration, mediation, any other forms of dispute resolution, as well as the development of alternative dispute resolution, and in particular relating to the engineering profession.
