NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Gas & Energy Division will be held on
Thursday, 25 April 2024 at 6:30pm at Hotel Icon, 17 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon for the following purposes:
- To receive and confirm the Minutes of the 33rd AGM.
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Division for Session 2023/2024.
- To receive and adopt the Financial Statement of the Division for Session 2023/2024.
- To elect the Chairman and Ordinary Members of the Division Committee for Session 2024/2025.
- To elect the Council Member (Division) for Sessions 2024/2025 and 2025/2026.
In case of adjournment of the AGM, members shall check the Institution’s website at https://hkie.org.hk/ and the Division’s website at https://hkie.org.hk/eg for updates.

Division Chairman
The outgoing Division Committee has nominated Ir Jason FAN Kai To for election as Chairman. No other nominations were received.
Ordinary Members (Clause 7.2(c))
The Committee has nominated the following five candidates for a three-year term:
