In a sunny weather with calm tides, we witnessed the successful completion of the jacket construction works. CLP gave us very clear and informative elaboration of the project background, design and construction details, different aspects of challenges and solutions to overcome the problems. The nature of works is indeed uncommonly seen in Hong Kong and all of us have learnt a lot from the experience gained from this project.
