The HKIE Geotechnical Division Annual Seminar 2017 was held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre with over three hundred members. We are pleased to have Chief Secretary for Administration Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-Chung as our honorable guest. We hope everyone had an enjoyable night.
