On 18 Dec 2021, a technical visit was organized to the Integrated Waste Management Facilities Phase 1 Near Shek Kwu Chau, with 25 participants joining this event. This site visit showed the participants works and challenges of the project with emphasis on geotechnical aspects, such as deep cement mixing, reclamation with surcharging and seawall construction. Overall, it was a fruitful event and thank you very much for the arrangement and support from Environmental Protection Department, AECOM and Keppel Seghers-Zhen Hua Joint Venture.
