The face to face Joint Mediation Workshop on Construction Disputes organized on 18th September 2023 was a resounding success! We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the participants who made this event a memorable one. It was a pleasure to see such enthusiasm and dedication towards effective dispute resolution in the construction industry. The workshop provided attendees with valuable insights into the concerns and challenges related to construction disputes. Through the adoption of a collaborative approach through mediation, we aimed to foster constructive relationships among parties and encourage ongoing cooperation on future projects. Attendees seized the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills in construction dispute resolution. They learned about effective mediation strategies and gained a deeper understanding of how they can be applied in the industry. Engaging in dialogue and finding mutually acceptable solutions is crucial for avoiding lengthy and costly litigation, and this workshop contributed significantly to achieving that goal.
