The Institution frequently offers professional views on many important policies pertaining to the engineering sector, and consultation papers issued by the Government and other public bodies.
To formulate views for submission to Government on issues of public concern and interest to the engineering profession, forums are organised for members’ deliberation from time to time.
The HKIE’s Submissions to External Organisations 2025/2026
The Institution prides itself on providing timely and constructive views and professional advice on policies pertaining to the engineering sector, as well as on consultation papers issued by the Government and other public bodies.
