| Introduction | Legal knowledge is becoming more and more important to project managers for enabling the proper discharge of their duties. This training provides the essential legal knowledge for everyone involved in project management. It covers concisely the key areas of contract and tort and is tailor-designed to equip participants with the skills to avoid the common legal pitfalls in managing construction projects. |
