(C) Expert Evidence by Sr Dick Li (from 4:30-5:30 1 hour)
1. The Expert Qualification;
2. The Preparation of the report – Inspection and Tests at site;
3. The Expert Directions;
4. Conflict of Interest and Overriding Duties to Court

(D) Questions & Group Discussion (15 mins)
