| 簡介 | This programme aims to enable the practitioners to adopt the approach for the preparation of Superstructural Plans, Foundation Plans and Demolition Plans using the BIM authoring software “Revit” in complying with requirements stated in the “Guidelines for using Building Information Modelling in Statutory Plan Submissions (other than General Building Plan) 2023” published by the Buildings Department (BD) and the “BIM User Guide for Statutory Plan Submission Revit (2023)” published by the CIC. |
| 目標 | To give an overview on commercial management under the General Conditions of Contract for Building Works, and provide a better understanding of the practical knowledge related to contract administration. |
