This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the Security of Payment (SOP) framework, which is a critical framework designed to ensure timely and fair payment for work done, materials supplied and services rendered. Construction professionals will learn about payment claims, dispute resolution through adjudication, and contractual best practices to ensure timely payments and financial stability in construction projects.
