This seminar aims to take a quick walk through the life cycle of the process, from commencement, working with nominating bodies and adjudicators, evidence preparation and submissions, use of expert evidence and legal support to oppositions to adjudicator decisions, with a view to highlighting aspects that need to be alerted to.

- Legal aspects of statutory adjudication;
- Nominating bodies and their adjudicators;
- Adjudication submissions: do’s and don’ts;
- Expert evidence and use of legal support in statutory adjudication;
- Challenging and safeguarding adjudication decisions;
